We have a funky arse rotation going on in the WR corps (not core rantards).

Nothing against Giles, Anderson, Dillon, etc., but my view is that Jefferson, Chase, and Marshall are our three best and it's not that close.

It seems that O & E are trying to force playing time for lesser talents.

Speaking of Marshall, is he hurt or in the doghouse?

I'm also a little surprised K. Jones hasn't earned more snaps. He did make a great tackle on special teams last week, then a stupid arse taunting penalty.

1andersin and sullivan have been pretty good too.

Giles just shouldn’t see the field.

I dont Know what he does well but he doesn’t seem fast or surehanded.

Put chase in the slot see how it goes.

Dillon is at least fast but not a great WR.

That Auburn TD was amazing but it was 50/50 if he was going to actually catch the ball.

Based on what exactly?

I agree that Jefferson is one of the three best and most consistent. But we really havent seen enough of the other 2 to know of they are really good or not. They certainly look the part, but Sullivan and Anderson look physically like NFL players right now. And Dillon has made the biggest play of the year by any WR on the team.

I would say that Jefferson is definitely on the top 3 and Giles is down at the bottom. In between is anybody's guess and I dont see how one could have problems with any of them in the rotation.

I think our offense has much bigger problems than who is in the top 3 at WR

Marshall has had a couple quiet weeks but is a talent.

Anderson is getting better. Sullivan has been quiet.

Dillon makes clutch catches

I don’t mind mixing them in here and there. I’m guessing Giles has rebounded in practice because he basically disappeared from the rotation after the Florida game only to reappear vs bama.

What happened to the Kirklin experiment?

Where has Sullivan been? He has made some of the better catches over the first half of the season.. Jefferson, Anderson and Chase are probably the top 3 imo

Chase is the most talented...but he is making a lot of mistakes.

I've seen him stop his route multiple times when the defense gets inside position on him on routes over the middle. That's can't happen. Obviously, he missed a big block against Arkansas.

I just don't think he's quite there yet to play as many plays as his talent demands. I'm sure the staff would love to have him out there more.

He's one of the players that the staff should be looking at and saying, "if we can just get him to the next level, he could be a player who takes us to another level." I think it's a mistake to sit back and just wait for him to develop. You have to do whatever you can to steepen the learning curve.

Jefferson stands out, the rest have their moments but that's about it.

Hopefully the two freshmen will step up next year now that they played s season.

I would be extremely surprised if we don't have at least one WR transfer. I think we could have as many as three(but unlikely) Obviously I hope all stay. The talent we pull in at WR is crazy with more coming this year.

Giles- I could see him transferring to a sub-bowl school
Anderson-He could transfer and use a red-shirt(2 years to play 1)
Dillon-Could transfer to a sub-bowl

We could also see someone like Jones or jenkins transferring who are newcomers, but dowm on the depth chart.

About half of Sullivan's most recent targets have been drops.

anderson hass been awesome this year and I don't care for anything else you have to say. Dillon is a very serviceable slot receiver bc of his speed and he needs to see more (or any) screens imo. Chase has been inconsistent catching the ball. Sullivan has been really good this year when we actually throw him the ball. Marshall I agree needs a higher workload, and I agree that Giles sucks, but Giles really hasn't gotten THAT much playing time that I remember the past few games.

Jefferson gets about a quarter of our targets

He’s clearly our first read most of the time and we threw to him a lot.

He’s good and I like Him, but it’s hard to stand out with under 20 targets in a season

Studs everywhere but you’ll hear we have a talent gap or they can’t catch. It’s the coaching. Get used to it.

Meanwhile, Justin Jefferson may have an 800 yard season. Pretty good for a 2 star.

don't you have a 50/50 chance of catching most passes?

What happened to Racey McMath and Jontre Kirklin? They used McMath in one game and then he was practically forgotten. Jontre Kirklin, also one game then forgotten.

To be successful offensively, you have to be what you are from the beginning of the season to the end. You can't be one thing one week and another the next. Tempo, then no tempo. RPO, then play-action. Use the QB to help the running game, then make him stay in the pocket.

Tempo was effective for this offense, but they stopped it after UGA. Burrow being part of the running game was effective, but now it is done sparingly. I just don't get it at all.

I almost feel as though we wasted a year for T. Marshall

Remember “Butter Fingers” Brandon Lafell? There is hope and time for Chase and Marshall. The guys who have been here may be running out of time.
