DL:
Lawrence—Fehoko—Logan
Farrell—Alexander—shelvin

LB

Divinity—-Chaisson—-Phillips

CB

Vincent—Joseph—-Stingley—-Fulton(maybe)

S

Delpit—-Harris

I know a lot of people are kinda down on the D next year but I think it’s becoming clear the DL returns, and the play of guys like Divinity , Phillips & Vincent will really boost this unit next year.

I think Fulton is a guy who would benefit greatly from coming back.

With our offensive linemen and toliver leaving last year, I’m not saying anybody is certainly coming back

Will be dominant with Aranda at DC. Should Aranda roll out, and E still at OC, we'll be screwed.

Some of the underclassmen who should return are going to declare for the NFL. Depth will be an issue again next year.

Yeah I concerned about Fulton going pro. Dude has been as good as advertised coming from HS.

How about we see if our fearless leader can get LSU into the sugar bowl before we worry about next year. Geez...

It looks like we should be solid and ga e decent depth for sure. Wish Tyler Taylor was still on the roster! Never know with our guys though some go and don’t even get drafted.

The only two that should leave is Greedy and Devin. Man how great would it be to get those two guys back

As long as Aranda is here, the D is not a point of concern imo.

Bit of confirmation bias, no??

Rashard has had injuries he’s fought through since arriving on campus. He is about as healthy as he’s ever been. Now is probably the best time for him to get out and test as well as he ever will.

What would he gain by coming back? He’s been coached up by the best in the biz for three years. One more year won’t make him test any better, which is what will determine his draft spot anyway, and they have plenty of tape to show his abilities. He’s a great kid that will interview well, and is a draft and roster spot lock imo.

NFL coaching and trainers is going to bring his game up to the next level, nothing else. He isn’t going to play his way from Day 2 into Round 1 if his combine numbers wouldn’t have him there already.

Fehoko is an interesting call as well. He is as developed physically and mentally as he’ll get at this level. He has dealt with a transfer, RS year, and now a year as a key contributor on a good D.

Unless he just loves BR that much, which seems possible, he would benefit from getting under league training and coaching as well.

Would be great to have them both back because the DL will be an absolute disaster without them, but saying it’s “clear” they return is wishful thinking imo.

The play of those guys will “boost” this unit?

As in, make it better than this year?

Or be the best aspect of next year’s unit?

Because I definitely don’t see us getting a “boost” from replacing the play of DW and Greedy with anyone on next year’s roster.
