I mean, I understand there are questions he doesn't like, but when someone ask you a question about what you said why are you getting mad?

Just explain why you said such things like a grown up!

When President Trump picks you to ask him a question then instead of challenging President Trump just ask your question like a grown up reporter.

The president has too much sand in his vagina to handle the tough questions.

There is a big difference between tough questions and gotcha statements phrased in the form of a question. Those press conferences are there for the White House/President to provide answers to actual questions. Hurling out random political talking points that require no real response is a waste of everyone's time

Reminds me of the wise words from a coach I knew:
"When you kick a player off the team for violating your rules you find that discipline gets much better with the rest of the team."

No, it’s why he responds to them like someone with the mentality of a 16 year old and the vocabulary of a 9 year old.

He responds to them like someone who will not play their gotcha games and who demands respect. The press have made their bed. If they want to ask tough questions he'll answer. However, he has put them on notice that he will not tolerate their nonsense.

Well.. April Ryan is about as bad as acosta. Her entire schick is spending every presser, implying that sanders and the wh are evil racists.

She never actually asks any questions that are meaningful. It's just driveby "gotcha" attempts.

I think the reporters should just stop showing up.

Well if CNN’s ratings get much lower they may not have a choice unless they work pro bono!

A cousin of mine used to run a support group for a few years. Group met for 90 minutes every couple weeks and sometimes you'd get as many as 40 people who showed up. The purpose of the group is everyone who wishes to speak gets to do so. Except sometimes select people would abuse those rules and disrespect others by hogging the speaking time. After a couple times a new rule was put in place where you'd get five minutes to speak tops. Most people would be able to follow it but those people were warned about time and tried to abuse it. It took awhile but once they realized they weren't treated as more important than anyone else in the group they just stopped coming back.

What Jim was doing was abusive and deliberate. He didn't give a shite however many people were there with questions, he wanted to feel like the most important one. And he made himself into the most disposable one. What happened wasn't bullying or abuse of power by President or anyone. He was more than fair and patient, more than I would've been. After the first question I'd dump him back in the queue and move to the next person and if his name comes up again, go back to him.
