I think Sean Salisbury will be on staff next year

Listening to him talk on the josh innes show ( 
) he was prepared to take an analyst gig this offseason but was shot down by compliance. He said he has now distanced himself from the training gig & it sounds like he’s ready to make a move.
He calls LSU “we” when talking. Says he texts O & Slinger regularly.
He says SE is truly a genius but admits he has to tweak this offense. Sean has been helping him with some concepts.
Sean says he could recruit TX & Cali, has connections.
If an analyst he could put this offense into the 21st century. Dude is brutally honest but you can still feel like there is a connection there.
Barring O hiring a totally new OC, I could def see Salisbury being on staff next year. He’s kind of a douche but he’s a cocky douche that knows his stuff.

I think you're overestimating the impact of having a good analyst.
This is still SE's show, regardless of who's in his ear in between practices.

He’s actually a great guy. Loves his Trojans though. I used to not be a big fan and then I hung out with him for an evening at Tropical Isle night before 2003 NCG. Loves the ladies though.....to a fault!

Read up how they talk about Kevin Coyle, for instance, on the defensive side

After letting Saturday marinate, I think Ensminger's problem is that he is too patient with his playcalling. He wants to set things up rather than attack from the start.

I just know Salisbury as a former NFL QB and ESPN analyst. Is he some kind of genie when it comes to coaching? I see on google he got offered to coach QB's for Arizona years ago. Does he have any coaching experience that makes him such a hot commodity?
