If you sleep on your back or side then use a pillow uner or between your legs.
I use a big square pillow that is firm and has some weight so I don't push it off the bed.

Cut sugar from your diet. Try to eliminate other inflammatory foods if you can for a while (such as alcohol).
Get into foam rolling or a different stretching routine (yoga is good) and practice every day.
