I'm not being obtuse to the situation. But you are deciding to pick one over the other (Which is very on brand for you). Clearly comparing anyone to an animal is meant in a negative light. But the "Why do blacks always get upset over the comparison to monkeys" is a hilariously bad take.

1 of the 5 resident black guys chiming in here.
1.) I'll give her the benefit of the doubt the she is either naive or stupid in regards to posting that. That said, i'd be willing to bet someone there probably knew what was up.
2.) I don't think LSU should do anything to the student. At most maybe a strongly worded email discouraging that type of behavior, but I don't know that they should even do that.
3.) Let's be honest, the majority of you only stopped to "defend" her because she is attractive. If it was Kathy Griffin, yall would want her head too. Again, let me point out, personally I don't care.
That all said, I personally don't care and i'd be willing to bet that the majority of people wanting her punished are probably white. People do dumb shite all day long, not exactly something new here. It's annoying on all sides. Nobody really cares, false outrage is becoming very rampant.
