Just put a brisket flat on the smoker. Yes, fully aware won’t be done by game time but will make a great dinner after the game.

Got a small 6 lb. butt on the Kamado Joe. Have a variety of delicious sours in the fridge and may drink some brown around game time. Haven’t smoked in about 2 - 3 months. I miss it.

Brats, because the gators are weenies.
Cajun potato salad, Dixie beer

The hubs is a UF grad - here's hoping he's having humble pie for dessert.

One day of the year our relationship suffers lol. He'll always pull for LSU unless we're playing each other.

Homemade Mac and cheese

Chicken thighs, pork chops, weeners. To be eaten with homemade white bbq sauce and Vietnamese nuoc cham.

Oh, and grilled wings. Half buffalo. Half Asian teriyaki.

Homemade jambalaya. No kitchen bouquet since apparently that’s cheating my guests?

Grilled garlic bread

Grilled shrimp with this nice lady at the farmers market’s pepper jelly

Didn’t get a chance to do the grilled veggies or Brussels sprouts or the TBone steak but this is plenty food.
