Schumer talking points already:

- Scope of investigation scrutinized
- Kavanaugh should be disqualified simply based on his prepared opening statements because he was so partisan
- Kavanaugh harbors deep, deep partisan resentments. And this isn't the first time I thought he was too partisan. Something I thought in 2003 as well.
- His credibility is shot because of the seriousness of Ford's allegations

Cocain Mitch:

- This nomination is moving forward
- This was partisan from the beginning
- Dems will move the goalposts. They've admitted to as much.
- Their "best" attack: He drank beer.
- We will be voting this week

Sad thing is, he had zero resentment for the Dems before this circus. I hope he’s confirmed and the SC goes scorched earth on the left.

And, yet, Schumer happily voted to confirm Sotomayor.

I don’t see how someone can be in the same room with people like Schumer and not want to smack the shite out of them.

Hizono, Kamala, Booker, DiFi, and the other retards were calling him a rapist in front of the entire country. I’d be more upset if he DIDN’T tear into them for such bullshite.

So because someone makes serious ALLEGATIONS with no evidence or witnesses, the accused loses all credibility??

That's police state tyranny right there, Chuck

“Kav wasn’t happy to be labeled a rapist, drunk, and pedophile so he should be disqualified. “

The chutzpah is something to behold.

Schumer said no way when Kavanaugh was first announced by Trump.

He didn't need reasons then, so why provide reasons now.

This argument is so damned funny.

It's like justifying punching someone in the face by pointing to how they reacted after getting punched.

This is Mitch"s swan song. He has hung his rep on Kav getting thru and is going to go balls out to get it done
