Less twist, more fluidity. Equal power.

Thoughts?

It’s a completely different game today. They’re nothing alike and Kamara is the exact back today’s NFL offense requires.

He is more like Marshall Faulk or Ladanian Tomlinson than Barry Sanders.

Pierre Thomas and Reggie Bush combined in one back. Quick, flashy and moves like Bush but strong, hard running, shifty and always falling forward like Pierre.

Sanders was a short lil bowling ball motherfricker who was also a below average receiver out of the backfield

I mean, it's hard to find ways AK resembles Sanders at all other than they both played RB and could score from anywhere on the field.

You could line up AK as a slot receiver and he'd be elite as hell

I'd say more like a mix of Walter Payton, Jim Brown, Ladanian Tomlinson, Erik Dickerson, with a splash of Barry Sanders.

I liked the Eric Dickerson reference, he does glide and has great balance when running.

Effortless & smoove

Pump the brakes there... He is good but not nearly at that level.

Glides like Dickerson, absorbs hits like Emmitt Smith

I mean, it's really not that bad of a comparison:

Yeah it is a bad comparison. Kamara isn't as shifty side to side like Sanders was. Hell no RB ever was before or since Sanders. He was truly one of a kind. Arguably the greatest of all time and could make 5 guys miss in a phone booth.

I absolutely love Kamara but comparing him to the G.O.A.T. after 1 1/4 seasons. Just no

he resembles marcus allen. closest i can think of in terms of running style and receiving ability. better receiver than allen. not quite the runner. gets used like marshall faulk, but different style players.

No. No RB is like Barry. I love Kamara, but Barry is not like Kamara and Kamara is not like Barry. Different styles.
the closest to Barry was Sproles, bur Barry was much thicker and stronger.
I always wondered how well Barry would have done if he had Emmit Smiths OL blocking for him.
Barry would have done a lot of damage with SP calling plays for him.
