I know the following statement is outside of what Fehoko is getting at, however....
I would hope our staff are BOTH very harsh critics, AND fans.
Without honest, objective, and sometimes harsh self-critique there can't be improvement.
I'd consider many, including myself, harsh critics but staunch fans. It is possible to be both.
