Hell, for her to have an “FBI investigation”, she needs to swear out a statement to them giving them enough to work with.

There is going to be no fbi investigation. There won't even be an investigation by local law enforcement. There is no crime here to investigate. Congress is giving her an opportunity to be heard and if she refuses, they should allow him to speak his peace on the matter, then hold the vote as scheduled.

What is the FBI supposed to investigate? No address, no date, no names of witnesses save the accused and his friend, who both deny it. Not to mention, the FBI has no jurisdiction to investigate something that, even if it could be proven, isn't a federal crime.
