You're an idiot. If an offense puts up 40 points, there is no reason to lose a game unless the defense is so fricking inept as to not keep the opposing team from scoring more points.

No, nobody thought the defense would give up 48 points. But from here on out the offense will have to share blame knowing how crappy the defense is. No room for error. We need TDs every drive or it’s the offense’s fault.

Throwing behind the sticks twice on third down in the 3rd quarter ticked me off a bit and the Gillingsley decision I thought was bad even before today, but yeah, 40 points shoulda won this game by 3 touchdowns.
