From watching the video of this horse shite it looks like he wants to “expose” email opinions about whether some proposal would or would not be racial profiling.
It’s such CRAP. that’s what lawyers do. They analyze both sides of an issue and do so in private because they can speak freely.

Call his bluff. Kick him out the Senate....let the sky screamers scream. Appoint Justice Kavanaugh and let Booker go home and wonder if it was worth it. Then, vote for Trump in 2020 and move on.
What Booker is doing is trying to create a public divide. Create is not the right word....to further wedge the public divide. At some point, that is going to break and it's going to get crazy. He (or any other Congressman) can read the emails on the floor of Congress and will face no penalty.
Once read, his office can release a transcript of his remarks, without penalty.
But sure, convince yourselves he's going to get thrown out of Congress over this?
