This is horrifying.
So far they're saying 11 shot, 4 dead. Shooter is still on the run in the area.
Update: 1 suspect is dead. Not sure if there's another suspect.

also just seems like an odd target for a mass attack. the shooter had to be focused on one person that he knew would be there and just started firing indiscriminately after
