I’m gonna go play a round of golf at one of the many fine courses out here, have a few beers, probably bet the football games from the app on my phone, flirt with the cart girl, then go home and shower before watching the UFC fights somewhere and hoping to run into a fun bachelorette party. All while the OP is at the gym before crushing some Arby’s and heading to da club.

I've never associated a dad bod with being fat. Just not toned and doesn't work out much. Maybe 10 lbs overweight.

I was not born attractive, nor tall, nor tan. Lord did not bless me with a big bank account either. In spite of all this women have been attracted to me all my life without making much effort to smash their poon. I do however have some things that allow me to overcome my many disadvantages.
Be wild (but not in a mean way) and women seem to like that
Put them at ease without hitting the friend zone
Make them laugh, especially when smashing said poon
Fly under their radar by not trying to impress them
Be a great wingman
Know how to dance or at least be able to fake it pretty well
Weird as it sounds, women are like cats in that you want them to rub up on you and sometimes the best way to achieve this is to not appear to try rubbing them.
I am old and fat yet I can still attract women so attitude goes farther than looks.

People miss the main reason for this phenomenon IMO. Sure, many women are insecure and enjoy having a partner who is less fit and a constant ego boost. But that doesn’t give most women credit.
In my personal experience as someone who has hit the gym hard since early high school, women like interesting men, and most gym rats are the opposite of interesting. They’re not funny. They’re not adventurous. They’re too regimented.
Show me a fit guy who lets loose on the weekends, and I’ll show you the pooty. Don’t be the guy eating grilled chicken without a bun at a party or drinking vodka water with lime while standing in the corner with a tight shirt on at bars.
Be fit but also be the life of the party, and you’ll have no trouble scoring.

A very attractive woman I know (no pics) is on her 3d marriage. #1 was to a former college athlete. #2 was a software developer who started his own company and became very wealthy. Both were high status douchebags. #3 has neither looks, status nor wealth. He's short, fat, and a mid level college administrator. But he has a hell of a personality and had the balls to approach someone out of his league. They've been married four years, which is twice as long as she was married to either of the others.
