I went over the federal election code last night. Maybe you in all of your wisdom can tell me how this is a violation because if it is a reported that this was done under the direction of Donald Trump who was at the time President of the the Trump Organization and Cohen was repaid by funds from the Trump Organization or even a shell corp associated with it, and Cohen being a VP of the Trump Organization, I'm not seeing how this would be a campaign finance violation.
Cohen was acting in his capacity as a lawyer for the organization. Paying off bimbos may be unseemly, but hardly illegal.....and even if it was found to be a violation, it's usually a civil fine....despite what Obama and his people did to D' Souza

There was so much rampant and widespread fraud and money laundering that the IRS and feds never bothered to look into it until now.

Not once in there is trump implicated, and those facts are what the prosecution says they intended to prove at trial. No finder of fact found those facts correct or rules that their legal interpretation was correct. You knew that, right?

Is he claiming an NDA is a criminal offense? You will have to do better than “journalism”. How would they know? You say tax fraud....what about all the audits where the it’s didnt find anything? Nope. A journalist says there is some.
