Let's ride. If Fulton is as good as advertised, I have a hard time finding a weakness on this defense. Especially now that Aranda has the flexibility to run innovative stuff. This defense is shaping up to even better than 2011.
I mean.. what are teams going to do? A shutdown corner on each side - stacked front 7. If I was an OC preparing for LSU's defense I'd be shitting my pants.

Imagine Miami's QB under center or shotgun looking across the line at this defense... No weakness anywhere and deep. With Fulton completing the puzzle. He can run but not hide against these Tigers !

Last year every team with a winning record scored at least 21 points against LSU. Then after losing 9 of 13 of the top tacklers, LSU has become historic on defense. I don’t get it but I guess we’ll see in 9 days.

how do they know we won't be #8? or 10? 0r #2
it really is funny. we have not played a game yet AND........................what is the D gonna do if the O sputters with 3 and outs and is on field all game OR scoring points and we lose? WGAF about rank then? will that rank get us in the playoffs? NO. will the D score all the points if O sputters?
no D can overcome being on field all game especially with No O support. nobody takes these into account when throwing out these lavish predictions. it is based on nothing but emotions.
we SHOULD have a very solid D. They COULD be the best we do not know that yet IF they get offernsive help. let's watch some games first and see.
