Alright, Mr. Fulton. Turn in a clean sample, then go wreck shite!

Sorry meant to upvote. I accidentally down-voted.

Wasn’t this dead in the water last week? What happened to change their mind???
If the sources linked are to be believed, Alleva sent a lengthy letter which included the notion they levied a 2 year suspension under a rule when his actual infraction called for a 1 year suspension under a different rule.
If that's the case someone needs to ask how the frick the NCAA missed that.

Fulton’s attorney missed it also

#LSU AD Joe Alleva sent to the NCAA a 4-page letter outlining reasons for reinstating Kristian Fulton.
The biggest: The NCAA charged Fulton with "tampering" (2 year penalty) & he should have been charged with "urine substitution" (1-year penalty). Interpretation committee agreed
So are they going to get a refund on that lawyer who didn’t figure this out in the first place?

Didn’t they raise that issue at the re-hearing? I still wonder what made the difference between them and now.

Yeah if that wasn't the basis of his entire appeal the Fultons need their money back.

Pretty sure the lawyer already argued that. It was in previous articles. But doesn’t matter either way now. Fulton is free!

I don't care if already asked. Who the Frick down voted this?

We can thank Urban. The imbalance of punishment made the NCAA look really bad. It was a just decision.

Does this mean the defense line has some wiggle room for error because defensive backs will be able to cover a littler better.
When he wasn’t reinstated my first thought was the defensive line has to play out of their mind
