They get fined the amount of game day pay for every time they kneel. The fine money will be contributed to the charity of their choice, so long as it's not Hamas or something like that.

Force coaches/owners to use only black punters, kickers, long snappers, and quarterbacks until they can get their team to comply.

Tell them that knelling during the anthem is disrespect to everyone who has fought for the U.S and people who currently fight, it does nothing to the POTUS.
Have a protest, voice your concerns in a civil manner, write...etc. Kneeling does nothing but put drama around the NFL season.

I don’t think most college teams are out of the locker room for the anthem. Do like that.
