Try actually engaging in the conversation. You might get something out of it.

I tried. Your responses were so nonsensical and lacking even tangential relevance, I decided to just call you dumb and move on.

Everything I've posted can be found with a basic google search. You want to plead ignorance to bolster your point.

Sure, I'm an expert.

Oh look CptBengal taking things out of context and about it

The Trump admin themselves have said that his tweets official statements from the office of the president, hence making them more public than any other account on twitter

It's crazy this is still being debated. This was the whole point of that ruling a few months ago or whenever it was. Regardless of if he viewed it as his personal account, because of the amount of activity and content, it was ruled the official POTUS account.

They can stomp their feet about it all they want, even appeal to the "trump court" That was the ruling.

quote:

Also key was the fact that the @realDonaldTrump account is used for governmental purposes. Specifically, the judge found that “the President presents the @realDonaldTrump account as being a presidential account as opposed to a personal account and, more importantly, uses the account to take actions that can be taken only by the President as President” – such as announcing the appointments and terminations of government officials.

I bet that same judge has no issue with Facebook taking down Infowars' page.
Probably not, because the issues are completely unrelated.

Decent explanation of the ruling

The forum has a feature that allows any and all users to block anyone of their choosing for any reason whatsoever. What kind of retard is this judge?

It does?

Because that concerns itself with the Californian Constitution’s right to free speech.
