Do you like the smell of gun oil?

Safari Charlie gun oil spells awesome. Kind of like lemon pledge. Never got any complaints from the Mrs when cleaning my guns in the house

I know the smell of BreakFree CLP, my gun cabinet smells like the inside of any arms room vault in the Army. Hoppe's #9 is ok, don't like the smell of Ballistol at all. Blue Wonder bore cleaner smells like Pine-sol which isn't too bad. I've been using a CLP soaked rag to wipe down my tools and any surface than can rust in my shop so it won't be too long before it smells like an arms room too.

The smell of 3-in-1 oil brings back a lot of great memories.

I should make outdoorsman candles.

I used an old can of that stuff for my nail guns, would smell up a room quick running crown and base... I miss their old metal cans with the pop up tip, the plastic ones with the caps leak too much for me to keep in a tool box.

ANY kind of oil (not just CLP) takes me back to being stuck in purgatory at the armory on a Friday afternoon.

Yep, break out the good old gun cleaning kit to get the guns ready for hunting season. Looking down a freshly cleaned shotgun barrel and seeing it shine almost like looking into a kaleidoscope. Heavenly.

Try DuPont Teflon aerosol... It has been a life altering experience.
