Utility trailer recommendations

I'm in the market for a new utility trailer. Looking for a 6x14 with a ramp gate. Prices are all over the place and don't always reflect quality. Which dealers / brands has the OB had good service with?

Get one with a frame built with pipe instead of angle iron. The pipe trailer is much stouter built.

And I recommend getting one that has the main angle iron frame from the hitch to the first axle. The trailers with that main angle just from the hitch to the beginning of the decking twist easily.

I'm looking for the exact same thing but 12 feet in length. I noticed PJ trailers appear to be rated pretty high.

Don’t get one from trailer world. Less than 3 years already had to replace my boards and u bolts holding axle to frame. Piece of shite trailer.

I got one from Mike Gerald......it's been solid, and about average on price around here.

Only thing I’d recommend is a dovetail. Makes your loading ramp half the length and helpto cutdown on wind resistance.

Here is one from a couple weeks ago. Love my trailer w the collapsing lift gate.

I saw some top hat pipe trailers and they seemed to be built pretty well.

We have a Covered Wagon brand and it has been great.

I ended up buying a 14x6 Buck Dandy from Acadiana tire and trailer sales in opelousas.
Good people and Buck Dandy seems to make a really solid product.
Pipe top
Led lights
Dual flip, heavy duty gate
Gate assist springs
Bulldog hitch
Treated boards
Like another poster said, framing component from the tongue down past the front of the trailer. But instead of angle, it's channel.
They included in a free spare when I asked
Only thing I don't like is the jack. It's a tight fit between the jack and the framing. Doesn't quite line up right. I'll need to grind a little from the frame for the pin to go all the way through.

I've had 2 Top Hat trailers. If I manage to ever wear them out I will buy another Top Hat. Unreal how well built they are and I abuse trailers.

I talked to Ronnies trailer in MS today and he by far has the best prices I have found. It's definitely worth the drive for me to save that much money.
