I feel you man. I'm in the same boat. These last couple of days have been brutal. Not looking forward to this Summer training plan starting next month. Due to my schedule/family commits, most of my runs will need to take place during the day. Insane.

Did 5 this afternoon when I got home from work. 88 degrees and miserable. Looks like it’ll break 90 next week
