If I were an AUSA, I could get an indictment against Jesus Christ. You really need to educate yourself as to how the grand jury process works.

Unless Mueller seriously intends to pursue these charges through the discovery process and trial it is a criminal abuse of the grand jury system. You can't seriously argue that these indictments were brought in good faith.
