In any case, the demographic change isn't coming from the proliferation of refugees, it's coming from Hispanic migration over the past 50 years. Blacks have held steady at around 12% for a long time. Whites are below replacement level fertility.

Not at all, Just stating a fact.
The GOP is just as strong if not stronger than it was in 1992, 1996, 2000, etc.
Politics does not occur in a vacuum. Yes, whites as a % of population is falling, but you cannot assume other factors will hold. For example, even though whites are falling as a %, the % of whites voting for the GOP has increased.
If whites fall 3% as a % of population, but their support for GOP increases by 5%, the GOP has actually GAINED voters.

A Filipino girl that works for me tried to get her mother in on vacation visa to help take care of her newborn and the mother was denied. I know an Indian that tried to get his mother a temp vacation visa and it was denied as well.
