Shoes for CrossFit

What shoes do you recommend for CrossFit? I’ve looked at the Nike Metcon and I think I like those. Any other suggestions?

I’ve tried several of them and I like the metcons the best.....Reebok 2nd

Metcon 4s are top dog, big improvement over the 3s
but if your WODs include running then Nano 2 or the Nano 4

Metcon 3 or 4s
I get a half size smaller than my normal training/running shoe size but that’s just me

I have the new Nike Metcon X Free. I like them alot.

I like No Bull. I have had Nano's 3s and 5s. I loved the Nano 3 but didn't like the 5. I tried the Metcon but they didn't fit my foot right. No Bull reminds me of the Nano 3 but more durable. At the end of the day any of the three would be a solid choice, pick the one that fits your foot best

Metcons suck trying to do like a 200m run in
but the 4s are not as stiff as the 3s.
the 4s are much better form fitting to the foot and the material doesn't get are crunched up.

I use the Nano 8 Flexweave’s. They are also ok to run in if you need to.
