I mean, we really shouldn't have to have those things on record. Few people, in reality, do that shite in public. It's just the fringe.

Twitter makes the fringe seem bigger than it is but DU and r/politics cause me to reevaluate that.

Nope, saw another person on interviewed today who also confirmed it.

Also, why would Huckabee make this up?It would be very easy to find out if he did.I can promise you the MSM would be ALL over both Huckabees if this wasn't true.

Do people that you know consider themselves to be alumni/more connected to their undergraduate college (you know the one where they went to all the sporting events and hung out at all the student hang-outs) or their law school?

So what could possibly make you assume that I went to TCU for law school instead of undergrad?

I don’t believe you went to law school at all. That’s the joke and why I find you so funny.

Since he won't, I'll answer for him.

"Yes. She was justified in refusing service to Sanders. It's her restaurant. She is free to serve or not serve whomever she wishes to serve. Without fear of repercussions. Sanders, in typical mean-spirited conservative fashion, took to social media to stir up a frenzied outcry against the restaurant in an attempt to use her official position to cause it economic harm. Which is illegal. As did Trump. And y'all are laughably on board with it. Stupid Trumpkins."

Yeah, telling half of the country they are hated and unwelcome probably isn't a great business move....

This actually isn't true, it should be, but it isn't. And I've a feeling I could name a half dozen, at least, situations in which you would not support a business owner refusing service to a customer.

Wrong,a public accommodation cannot refuse service dUe

The fact is, according to civil rights and business law experts, when business owners hang up open signs, whether literally or figuratively, they have a responsibility to treat all customers equally under the law.

State and federal civil rights laws prohibit employment discrimination and discrimination in places of public accommodation for reasons of race, color, national origin/ancestry, sex/gender, religion/creed and disability (physical and mental).

And Virginia also added "personal belief"to their statute so there could be some gray area in regards to SHS.

What?A waiter had already posted what happened long before SHS clarified on social media. What the Hell else
was she supposed to do?We also have a 2nd witness to come forward that the owner of the Red Hen followed the remaining member of her party ACROSS the street and continued to harass themGo to the 1:20...this is aasolutely illegal and a case for harassment.

Hey... don't confuse me with a liberal. I was just attempting to fill in for texridder because he wouldn't man up and answer the question himself. To borrow a phrase from radio/tv, that post did not represent the views of the poster posting it, but rather the poster the poster posting it was making fun of.

He won't because his answer will show him to be the hypocritical shitbag that he is. And he knows it.

I just wanted to rub his face in it.

It seems like only yesterday liberals were lecturing us why private business owners can be compelled to provide service and did not have the right to refuse. I can't keep up with this moral malleability.

TexRidder is claiming that SHS and The President are using official Gov't tools to "disparage" a private business.

His argued all day that there was no harassment from the owner. Once he realized he was as wrong as two men kissing, he changed his argument to, "is it ok to use to official government twitter accounts....."
