Haven't been out in a while. What are some good date night restaurant ideas? New restaurants / old school. No food preference.

Last date night we had was at
Kalurah Street Grill.

Nice and quiet, fantastic service, excellent food. We enjoyed it.

Tsunami is great for the atmosphere. My only complaint about that place is that they really pack people in there.

Going to Ruffino's this Saturday night. They are always on point.

We enjoy going to Pinetta's and, although it's played out, Tsunami. Pinetta's has an intimate atmosphere and Tsunami has pretty views of the bridge and river at sunset. Wherever y'all end up going, enjoy your evening !

Kalurah St. Grill is perfect for a date night. Bar side for drinks (and sometimes live music) before or after dinner. Dinner there is always fantastic.

My vote right now goes to Eliza Restaurant off of Jefferson Hwy. Their food has been consistently great each time I've visited, and I was able to talk with the owner over the weekend and hearing how he orders product and runs his kitchen, it only made me like the place more.

Digulios and Juban's have been undefeated for me. Got before/after options for drinks in area too

Nino's was very good but didn't have a great date feel to it

Pinettas is my favorite. Has the intimate small restaurant feel that makes for a personal and romantic date. Good food, wine and service, as well as not being super pricey.

I feel like you really better know your audience if you take someone to this place. I can't help but strain my neck trying to look at it every time we pass because I'm convinced Leatherface lives inside.

If you're looking for a darker spot, DiGuilio's is less rape shack looking. If you're looking for best quality food, Nino's is the place.
