He’s a pitcher. He was recruited as a pitcher. He has been a pitcher since arriving on campus. Why would CPM be worried about if he could hit?

It's really not possible. It's even more weird that PM is asking kids on the bench if they can hit. Having to ask about high school is puzzling...but hes been on campus a long time, and our HC hasn't seen him in bp?

Is it completely out of the question that CPM never even saw Peterson play live in High School? I mean, he has to evaluate a LOT of talent, does he goto see every one of them in person or does he really on his staff and film to evaluate some of them? If that's the case, he would never have seen Peterson hold a bat or ever discuss him batting at all.
