I don't really understand the mindset of a) wanting that badly to be on camera or b) thinking that you can just sit in someone else's seats

Well the K lady literally thinks she owns the new Box so it's not surprising. She yelled at my brother and his friend one time for eating peanuts and putting the shells on the ground.
