Church of the Highlands pastor meets Birmingham mayor, plans new branch in city

Since this is about Highlands, I have a question about Dino, who now works there at Highlands. What is the real story on this guy from La.? He seems like a sore spot to a lot of posters on here.
Dino is now over the Highlands ARC churches (lots of $ exchanging hands) and is like his main back-up preacher when Hodges travels all over preaching in places like Australia once a year for Hillsong Church.
All I know about Dino is he had an affair with someone behind his wife’s back. Anyone know what actually happened? How they got caught? I do know Church of the Highlands is pretty hush hush about it. All they basically say is it is done and over and none of anyone’s business. Must be, because not even Dino mentions it directly. He is very charismatic in the sense that most everyone who attends the church thinks he’s quite the comedian and they enjoy his sermons mostly for that aspect.

This isn't a new dynamic in Birmingham. Some will claim it is justified after decades of discrimination and mistreatment, and that is hard to argue, but either way there is deep-seated racism in the black community here when it comes to any organization made up of whites that sets up shop on the north and west side of the city.

Yes, but the mayor couldn't be happier about it, and is welcoming the church with open arms, as is most of Birmingham. The pastor is a major outlier

In inner city areas some people complain no one wants to invest in their area. When someone does want to reach out, it is racist.
I guess the minority preachers know it is all over for them I’d they lose their gravy train to a better church.
