All this story did was make me hungry for Waffle House. I'm craving either an All Star Breakfast or one of their underrated Bacon Cheeseburgers, with hash browns chunked.
If anyone would care to join me, I'll be at the Waffle House in Baton Rouge on Airline Highway North (near Choctaw and old Sam's Club Warehouse) around 11:30 a.m.. Breakfast and/or lunch is on me. I'm in a white and gold Southern Jaguars polo and beige / khaki dress shorts.

Let me translate Bernice King's statement for you:
"1) Discussion on Racism" TRANSLATION - I talk and you sit there and look at the ground and take everything I say without question or explanation. Using facts against me is racist!
"2) Employee Training" TRANSLATION - Mandatory classes telling every worker they are racist and subject to White Privilege. Don't forget Implicit Bias and Institutional Racism either!
"3) Other plans to change" TRANSLATION - THIS is the part where you give money to my foundation to "start the conversation" and I then funnel the money to my personal accounts.
If you don't do these things, I will use my bully pulpit to hurt your business. It's a family tradition.

I think one or a group of our posters in the ATL should all pony up about 25.00 each to buy a whole bunch of Waffle House meals and deliver them o the King Center......I guarantee there will be empty food containers later in the day . Waffle House is great, however, in BR if I have my choice, I'm heading to Louie's

This is the incident that happened across the bay from me in a north Mobile suburb. Bitch was drunk, had a bottle, threatened to shoot the place up before the cops got there. The video doesn't do the cops justice. The locals are fully supporting that WH site though, business has picked up from what I understand. They planned a demonstration last weekend, but it fell apart when only 11 people showed.

The problem is that the media never covers that facet of the story. They are totally responsible for pushing this racist BS message and refuse to show that the Silent Majority isn't having any of it. Meanwhile, they rile up the fringe elements and you get things like the Dallas and Baton Rouge police killings. Social media is a scourge that has given a voice to the fringe and made them seem important while the vast majority of us are going about our normal lives.
