If you were D'Antoni, would you play harden/paul/capela for 20 or so minutes in game five?

There's no way you beat golden state without his bench playing well. I'd think he'd be better off getting guys coming off injury like moute and rhino up to speed
plus they already proved when they have extended periods without facing high level competition their chemistry seems to suffer
ETA: so you guys are actually concerned that utah would come back from down 3-1 against the fricking rockets WITHOUT rubio?? :rotflmao:
My basic point was, Houston can't beat golden state without their bench playing well. Everyone in the houston team and organization has said it's championship or bust. No one in that organization is interested in frickin brownie points for making it to the third round instead of the second.

It’s not like Utah is gonna roll over and give them the game

D’antoni
That is hardens team. If James wants to play he will be in the game. If James wants the ball with the game on the line he will have it. If he isn’t shooting well that night he may hand it off to Chris.
I would like to see rhino get some minutes though as we assume/hope he gets nene minutes v GSW.

What a dumb fricking post.
We laugh at Herm, but while his message was trivial, threads like this show why it was worth saying. YOU PLAY TO WIN THE GAME.
You don't frick around just because you have a 3-1 lead

The Rockets starters are only averaging like 32 minutes per game... Harden is averaging 35.
They’re all several minutes per game below their playoff norm.
Bench players are getting good minutes, and starters aren’t being overworked.
Their minutes are fine all around.
Plus, as if I even have to say it, it’s about winning first and foremost, not managing minutes.
