I'm going with Minneapolis St. Paul.

Amazing area...Falcon Heights or Eden Prairie.

Super nice people, low crime, educated population. Not a lot of negatives at all.

Dallas Fort Worth metro. Hands down, that's a safe choice IMO. Not Dallas proper, I'm talking Southlake, Colleyville, Denton, Flower Mound areas.
