Power cleans 155 EMOM x 8
Squats 225 2 x 5; AMRAP x 20 (could have gone further; got bored)
OHP 95 2 x 5; AMRAP x 16 (got bored again)
Tricep pull downs
Curls
DB shrugs
Chinups
I wanted to do conditioning, but the fricking only room I can do that in had some class going on.

Bench is moving again. Don't laugh at my weakness, but a new rep pr tonight.
230 for 3 sets of 5. In giant sets with DB rows and side laterals. 2 giant sets of weighted pushups, bb rows, dips and curls.
Finished with strongman work. 4 supersets of 250 lb sandbag weighted carries and sledgehammer swings.

I’m thinking to do 531 starting after Christmas vacation. Looking for a routine to just do it and forget it for a year while I search for a 3 plate bench and 4 plate squat.

Short work out last night. Had to wait 20 minutes for a bench to open up.
BP 195 5x3. Hit 13/15 reps.
Incline BP: 135 3x10
Cable Rows: 140 3x10
Dips: BW 3x10

Squat 270 x5. Right around lifetime PR and likely a PR if we include depth. My squat has been going up since cutting back on running.
Estimated 1RM is 315. 3 plate squat is coming!

Thanks. Bench is by far my weakest lift, so I just default to making fun of myself. I'm probably around 265-275, which isn't great at 195, but it's actually not bad for my personal history with bench.

Trying a little westside style with legs.
Supersets of SSB squats and deads at 60%. Doubles, obviously with speed as the #1 focus. 5 rounds of that.
Strongman circuit. 3 rounds of farmers walk and yoke walk. Then some gorilla grip and miscellaneous core work.

2 plate bench! Finally did it.
Hit 4 reps. Pretty sure the spotter used his fingers to get the last rep up so I’m not counting it. Been a goal for a long time so I’m pretty pumped to finally see it happen.

Congrats! I'm going for 200 5x3 next week. Kind of pumped to hit 200. Only 25 more lbs.
