Where should the MCU go after Infinity Wars and Thanos? (Spoilers)

FWIW, my preference is not for them to permanently kill off any heroes. And don't give me that "it has no real stakes then" thing either. Don't we all know that going in...really? Mostly, because of age and time invested, you'll be talking about killing off the most popular characters you've got right now save for Black Panther.
But...RDJ is going to be too old soon and many of the others may tire of playing the roles.
Personally, I'd love for them to go the James Bond route with all of them. I really think Marvel has cracked the code on this entire enterprise. they've gotten that people are not turned off by long form stories and there's no reason to restrict these heroes to trilogies and then reboot/recast. You CAN simply keep the story going, just as you do with new writers for the comics and new artists to draw them. Hell...they've ALREADY done it between IM and IM2 with Rhodie. I minor move at that point, but still...they just moved on and we all said, "Oh...cool."
Maybe it ought to be done slowly...have a member "comic book die" only to be recast in a future film and bring them in that way.
But we've all seen this build for a decade now and as interested as I am in seeing what's next, I'm not interested in really losing Iron Man, Cap, Thor etc as the years move on. And I'm not interested in seeing the WHOLE THING reset 10 years from now as some lazy reboot.
So...what do you THINK they'll do with the first wave of main heroes and what do wish they WOULD do?

Somehow reboot X-men.
It's the last gem in the bag.

I think Tony is more likely to retire than die just so that there's always a possibility he could come back. Cap will go into hiding or something like that. Loki and Gamora can stay dead. They can replace Gamora with Nebula for GOTG3.

They've already focused on introducing characters and slowly moving focus to new people.
I think we get real deaths, and some real retirements. I think WS takes the Cap mantle. Iron Man dies, Cap dies or retires, etc.
I think we get a new core team with Panther, Strange, Spider-Man, maybe Widow sticks it out, possibly a new Vision or Scarlet Witch.
I still hold to the cosmic play for the further out phases which might help with casting because Voiceovers and CGI become the tools.

Moon Knight or Bust.

I think the next phase will feature the skrulls. This could phase our original avengers out

Maybe I'm alone on this, but after Thanos is finally taken down.
I would like to see some solid solo movies. There can be some cameos every now and then. They can make another Avengers, but let's save that for 10 years down the road maybe.
I want to see some more Black Panther action in Wakanda. Possibly see Mbaku become Man Ape from the comics.
See Tom Holland's Spiderman step into his own and out of Tony's shadow.
More fun with Guardians of the Galaxy.
Possibly introduce more characters into the Universe such as She-Hulk, F4 or even bring in the Netflixverse with the Defenders.
Thanos was the big big bad ever since Ironman 1. I don't want this to be played down by introducing someone else to replace him as soon as he is defeated.
