No, certainly not. He was mocked in the 15ish range in most drafts

Most mocks had him going by 20. He’s a good player. That isn’t he question. The question is if he’s a great player.

If davenport is a ten year starter this is an amazing deal. Just remember 50 percent of the players will be out of the league within 3 yars

Probably not. But someone always falls and someone always rises. The draft is a crap shoot. The Saints had a high grade on him and paid the price to get their guy.

If he helps us get to the Super in the next 2 years it’s an amazing deal. I don’t give a frick about no 2027. Anything after 5 is gravy.

I don’t know what the frick this even means.

Are you trying to say he has to be Campbell or Hali to be worth giving up that one extra first?

How does averages that apply to every NFL team apply here? If that had an impact on the draft no team would trade up ever.

The packers were looking at him themselves. He could've been picked at 14 by them but if he wasn't he would've gone soon after that.
