Hot off the press, men birth control pills coming up in the future!

Dey Took Er Sperm

I've never heard a guy say, gee I wish I could lower my testosterone, but if that's you, here is a non-natural way to do it.

The best way to reduce testosterone is having unprotected sex. Works every time for me.

A safe and effective male birth control pill has been a longtime goal in medicine. But for decades, such pills have been exclusively used by women.

I have yet to here anyone, guy or woman, say "I wish they had a birth control pill for men."

You'll turn into an androgynous freakshow, but other than that there are no serious side effects.

This reminds me of an episode of Star Trek The Next Generation called "The Outcast".

It is about a race that has renounced gender. They're neither male nor female. A member of that race wants to identify as a female and develops feelings towards Commander Riker. This is discovered by everyone else and "she" is put on trial and is forced to undergo therapy that results in her losing that female gender identification (it makes her "happy" again). The race feels that gender is primitive.

So, this medical "breakthrough" will result in a bunch of weepy males with moobs?

That is only bad if you considers that to be a “side effect”.

Why do they always want men to do the work? All women have to do is take a pill

Obviously don't want to lower testosterone, but if there was a magic pill that stopped my swimmers from swimming temporarily, I'd be first in line.

Actually, I can think of certain communities that could really benefit by this. Hopefully it’s covered by Medicaid.
