How can you claim to be inclusive when you call half of america backward?

It's not just hillary.....it is becoming more and more common, especially since november 2016, for the left to depict non coastal states as being all kinds of nasty shite.
How is that patriotic? How is that good for unity, democracy, discourse, etc? You claim russia is bringing us down, but you willingly aid them in their plan to sow discord by saying hateful crap about half of America.
It's a dismal double standard, and it is frankly sad.
This board's liberal population is a prime example. Look at what cruiserhog, mastrshake, and austintigerdad say about chrisians, gunowners, etc. You see the term "lowest common denominator" used a lot by them.
You can't lament that trump is a divisive president, yet go on believing all sorts of hateful shite about people on the other side of the aisle. That's not how it works.
Democracy means respecting the legitimacy of everyone's political views, believing they spring from good, but maybe misguided, sources.

I think the idea is that we want to be inclusive and fight for equality of races, cultures, men and women, etc. This doesn't mean excusing shitty behavior. Voting for Trump is shitty behavior

For liberals, the word inclusive doesn't mean what normal people think it means.
Neither does the word diversity.
Neither does the word tolerant.
