Back to the Future
My favorites were GI Joe, He-Man, and Transformers. I also loved Looney Toons and Tom & Jerry. They were from decades earlier but ran through the 80s.

Sure they’re knock offs of transformers but go bots was a nice time filler till the next transformers episode.
Go Bots came first and were always more popular in Japan.

GI Joe
Transformers
He-Man
Superfriends
and, of course, the largely ignored...
Had D&D gotten the DCAU or even the XMen treatment in a reboot I think it would have been fricking awesome!

Anyone else watch Silverhawks?
Loved Silverhawks. Had a couple of the action figures. They're partly metal, partly real you know.

Oops, you're right. I called it Gforce in my post but that was the name of the team. BTW, I'm pretty sure the Voltron team is a direct ripoff of the Gforce team. Two regular sized dudes, a woman, a slightly bigger dude and the little kid.
Gforce
Voltron Lion team

Since everyone named most of the ones I watched I'll mention some others I liked as a kid
Galaxy High
Get along gang
Wuzzles...They had animals that were 2 animals combined. Bumblebee and lion was Bumblelion. I don't remember other ones haha
I swear there was a cartoon called Decomposers where these big creatures put you in their chest like a jail and you turned into a zombie. I may be crazy on that one
