yea i nuked the frozen bag..not.mushy at all. Had same texture as rice, and with little season and hot sauce, really couldnt tell it wasnt rice. Saw they had some zucchuni already cut into noodles in frozen bags also. Grabbed a bag of that, gone brown some deer meat and get some zero cal/zero carb spaghetti sauce and see how that goes

We use it a lot. We also stopped using potatoes for potato salad.

I was about to start a thread a out the Walmart in Decatur being woke AF to low carb lately. Compiling a list.
How much is the cauliflower rice at WM? It's pretty pricey at Trader Joe's.
My wife, who apparently think money grows on trees, was about to steam a couple bags of cauliflower rice to make cauliflower mashed potatoes the other day, instead of the whole heads we had in fridge.
This is why I shop and cook.

Costco sells four pound bags of frozen organic riced cauliflower. It’s awesome.

Yeah it’s fire. That’s in my rotation for meals. You can only eat so much broccoli
ETA:
Squash cut like spaghetti noodles is a good pasta replacement too if you’re looking for another item to mix in with your beef/turkey.
Another great cheat is cauliflower tots. A great way to satisfy a craving for fried food without going overboard.

I do the same as you - go 50/50 in ground meat dishes.
I don’t like it in the place of rice and definitely don’t like it as a pizza crust. But it is good filler for meat dishes, red sauce, tacos, etc
