I now mix this in my ground turkey and veggies. O M G! I literally cant tell the difference from rice mixed in, but with hardly any cals or carbs. Game Changer for me.

I found the cauliflower pizza to be not so carb loaded....it isn't too bad for a cheat.

I just eat rice because carbs are not bad and it taste a lot better. I’ll eat some cauliflower on the side though.

I was buying it at Costco but that shite had like a 5 day shelf life before it went to shite. That and kale, i always end up throwing a lot of it out because it goes to shite so quickly

Gives me crazy farts, so I either eat carbs or just meat and greens.

I have not done this myself at all, but do they sell this in a frozen veggie form? why not try that?

Yes, they have frozen bags. I buy them all the time. They even have riced cauliflower with carrots and peas.

I figured, and that would of course solve the spoiling problem occurring.
I like veggies, and don't miss rice too much often, but may try this out

It doesn't really have much of a taste to it. However you season it is how it's going to taste.
It's a quick and great go-to if you ate heavy during the day and want something light in the evening.

One of my guilty pleasures in life is Mac and Cheese. Was thinking I could try the same recipe and sub it, but wanted thoughts. Does it get "mushy" faster? I usually throw it in the crock pot for a couple hours to cook the pasta primarily but this may not need that same amt of time.
