F&DB - Smoker Recipe Project underway

Alright, we are officially under way with this little project. I started putting together a rough idea of what I invision it to look like below.
What we need now is your recipes you wish to add. I don't want to make it strictly meats. Anything you like, that you would like added, just post here.
There are other sections I would also like help with as well. If you want to do something in those areas just let me know.

When posting your recipe, please do it in this format, so it makes my life a little easier when adding them (there are recipes already listed for you to get a general idea as well).

Sprinkle it with rub. Cook at 230 til done. Let it rest for an hour.
Done.

Sweet. Thats 4 of us. If we get, say 10 people on board to start, I will put something together. It can be a growing project, because I'm sure people will want to join in after they see the first draft.

Just putting a shell of what I would like to do here (please let me know if this link works. It should be viewable only. I can add editors if anyone is willing). As recipes start coming in I will add them. I will put up an example recipie soon as a guide to what I'm thinking.
Anything here can be easily changed, so I'm open to thoughts.

I have now added a brisket recipie and brisket rub, just to give a general guideline as to what I'm thinking.
I will add more later. Anyone wishing to post their favorites can do so here and I will work on adding them. Once we have a substantial amount of recipes I will clean up the document and make it more organized.

Hopefully we get enough contributions to turn it into something good. I have 3-4 more things to add that I will try to get around to later.

ETA: You should add in a section for sauces to go along with the rubs.

There will be. I just knew I was adding a dry rub in there right away so I put it. Like I said, this is just simply a shell of what I invision it will be.

When you click the link does it just show a 2 page document with just cover and table of contents, or is it showing all 5 pages I added?

That's a great start. I don't BBQ much anymore but I'd sure like to see what this board comes up with.
