That looks like the average $140k house in Terrytown.

I think that’s Erlich’s incubator.

That is right up the OT Ballers alley. Money for nothing.

Take the profits and move the hell out...

Crazy thing is that the new owner will probably just doze it and build a new place.

That house must give great blowjobs.

I would hope so. For $2M, that’s a shitty house.

Maybe but it’s not like it sits on a lot of land and the houses that are next door from the pics look equally quaint.

I mean that's a lot of money for a house that size. Those tile countertops probably sealed the deal though.

I've seen better looking houses on the quad.

I would imagine that is a teardown and rebuild.
Worth it to live in that area of the country.

So you are saying 1/4 houses in North baton rouge cost $2 million?

But look at all that grass.
Even with a ZTR, it would take at least 2 minutes to mow all of that yard.

Demand is very high in silicon valley. The amount if high paying tech jobs and startups in that one area is mind boggling. Also, great weather and beautiful scenery.

2008 will apparently be back before we know it.

It would be interesting to know how much that house would fetch in real life. I'm surprised the series hasn't inspired a reality show about life in a live in tech incubator.
