When do you predict the point of inflection will occur for diversity?

Since the beginning of time, most populations start as one ethnic group that may develop subgroups of that population but always remain for the most part "same."
Arguably since the turn of the century, our government and other world government leaders have been pushing to make each other's country more diverse (multiple different ethnic groups) than ever.
But arguably, the opportunity cost of diversity is losing one's core ethnic characteristics. A group of 10 different ethnic people will never share 100% the same viewpoints.
At what point do these countries decide that too much diversity is ruining the core characteristics of their population/country?

I take it that you are white. White people are the only ones who complain about diversity. Could it be that due to assimilation that Caucasian physical characteristics disappear.

I think Europe is much further down this path than the U.S. It looks like we will know the answer pretty soon.

I retired before I was able to see a female Cavalry Squadron CSM or had to sit in a meeting with a female Scout Troop 1SG.
Seeing how a CSM seeming only bitches about vehicle alignment and Medpros, I figure I left at the right time. If I wanted to get bitched at by a woman, I’d just stay home.

They don't. That's the entire point. When your world view revolves around demonizing anything and everything created by "the white man" the only end goal is destruction of everything.

Diversity is only a topic of discussion in Western majority White nations. You don't ever hear anyone saying places like China, Japan, South Korea, Saudia Arabia, Iraq, Qatar, Iran, Jordan, Lebanon, or any African nation "needing more diversity" which shows how laughable this agenda is because if anywhere needs more diversity it is the countries I listed above. They have almost none.
