We are allowing teachers to protect themselves instead of being at the mercy of deranged killers.

At most of my schools, the teachers were the craziest ones there.

Giving guns to teachers isn’t the answer. Security like the airport is what is needed.

No you’re not. The unspoken message is for the teachers to be responsible for protecting their students from an active shooter and potentially engage an active shooter. If they don’t do this, they’ll be publicly tarred. Arming teachers is not the answer.
