Per The Hill.
quote:

President Trump on Monday claimed he would have run into a Florida high school to prevent a gunman from carrying out this month's mass shooting.

"I really believe I'd run in there even if I didn't have a weapon,” Trump told a gathering of governors at the White House.
God Emperor was joking, right?

Alphas do alpha things bro.

You know who didn't run in there? The faces plastered on CNN....nor the sheriffs for that matter.

I'm not really "pro" or "anti" Trump, as I agree with some policies of his and disagree with others.

There are times when his "filterless" speech is very welcome. Other times, though, he comes across like a YouTube commenter.

Some men would, no doubt. I'm not sure if he's one or not.
Some people thrive on situations like that

I think there are many brave folks that would willing run toward danger, even unarmed, in an effort to stop a madman. Look at United Flight 93 in terms of terrorists - the passengers were unarmed but down fighting once they knew it was that or die.

If you want a mass shooting example I would point at Johnnie Langendorff, the unarmed guy that helped chase down the Texas Church Killer. It isn't crazy to believe there are brave men and women with a backbone out there.

Why would he be joking? Unlike the deputy that was actually there, Trump doesn't appear to be a huge chicken-shite pussy.
