For added effects, this person is on the Do Not Fly List.
I just want to know where some of you draw the 2nd Amendment Line, if at all.

Yes, unless they have made direct threats to someone or a group of people

What do you mean by "sympathizer"?
Of course a terrorist shouldn't be able to buy a gun.

Theoretically, If they have been judged too dangerous to board a plane then no.....
The issue is the government makes that determination and should they be able to take someone’s right away without having been adjudicated? I

Well, if anyone the government labels an enemy isn't able to get a gun, what's the fricking point of the 2nd Amendment for protection against the government?
Posted on 2/23/18 at 6:23 pm to GeorgeTheGreek
No, because they should be in jail or Gitmo.

Theoretically sure. In reality people are put on the list for a multitude of reasons and aren't told why, with no recourse or way to get off of the list. If the no fly list is used as part of a gun background check it amounts to denial of their rights without due process. frick that.

Visited ISIS websites, post anti US rants on known jihadi websites. Internet history of anti-US websites and videos.

You lack any legitimate intelligence to play this gotcha game. Stfu and go back to the OT for threads more on your level.
TIA.

I would say yes. Unless somehow being a sympathizer is illegal which I don’t think it is. Otherwise the government has the power to declare you a subversive and it’s their word against yours meanwhile you contstitutional right has been stripped.
