I have always liked Reid. Not much playing time but one of the first guys to run out of the dugout to congratulate others and always a big smile and energetic when they show him. That kind of good attitude is infectious and is good for the younger guys to see.

I’ll always remember him for that play against Florida 2 years ago. That game that went to something like 18 innings. Florida has bases loaded with 1 out and Mainieri brought the infield in plus an outfielder. Hot shot hit to 3rd Reid snags it for 1 out then dives on the bag to double him up
