The meeting alone is enough to constitute part of a pattern or conspiracy. A decent prosecutor could easily make that case.

What should we do about being "bothered"?

Well if you were bothered, you would demand our president recognize what happened and go through with the sanctions universally agreed to by congress?

But you've clearly chosen to not be bothered bc trump shall under no circumstances be criticized ever

Are we REALLY wanting to sanction another nation for a goddamned social media campaign?

Holy shite. The left has lost its goddamned mind.

Please explain the easiest paths.

1. Knowingly soliciting or receiving information and documents obtained by theft or fraud (hacked)

2. Coordinating the release of information or documents obtained by theft or fraud

3. Knowingly receiving anything else of value from a foreign government (that's it's own crime, but it has a collusion hook)

The social media/info ops piece strikes me as the most nebulous, the most difficult to actually coordinate with/on, and the least directly impactful.

sure. not an iota of proof that any of these things happened, though.

the data was released to the public shortly thereafter. now this is possible, but they'd have to be some utter idiots (and i mean on the Russian side) to be working with Trump and coordinating a public release of documents they're trying to hand to Trump in a clandestine manner

this one makes no sense

same issues as #1 but with a lot more nuance for Trump's benefit (like the use of 3rd parties and whether or not this would even constitute the required property to trigger the statute)

I get Trumpers think the Russian investigation in relation to Trump is complete garbage, but that shouldn't take away you seeing Russia as the enemy for what they tried to do. Just because they pushed Trump, it doesn't mean they are your friend.

Trump has even admitted exactly what you’re saying. The problem is that the MSM can’t decipher that. They just jump to the conclusion that it was Trump and Trump alone that contributed to the Russian interference. What makes it even more hypocritical is that outlets like CNN were caught RED HANDED colluding with the Clinton campaign in the primaries (Brazille giving Hillary debate questions before the actual debate). That’s why I laugh at all of this.

You guys are and were the willing and able, not to mention naive, targets of this classic "perception management" campaign by Russian intelligence. They've been doing it for years in Europe.

So have we. No one is shocked at Russian influence, Obama did the same shite

This is SOP. You people actually think it's important just because Hillary lost.

What should the sanctions be? Do you think it's good (helpful?) that we now seem to know how they have been onto us? What are some of the other things you think we should actually DO to them for this?

Were you and SFP asking for concrete, conclusive evidence of collusion, or other paths for establishing a a pattern of coordination or conspiracy to coordinate outside the info ops part of the investigation? Notwithstanding the fact that collusion in and of itself isn't a crime, I was simply explaining where else there's exposure. If I had concrete evidence (or a means of manufacturing it and making it stick) I would have sent that to Mueller ages ago. This started as an explanation of why the investigation wasn't over and turned into you guys alternately giggling and asking largely irrelevant or unanswerable questions.

So, basically the theory is, there's something else out there, but we needed to get this out and moving now? Why? Is the bad shite you're suspecting completely different than with these folks? Was this just the Russian JV team?

NT74 wants you to believe that #HonestBob has been letting a Russian agent run our country for over a year whilst he quibbles with mail fraud, identity theft, and process crime indictments.

Again, you're being emotional. If you're upset about Honest Bob's vindication of Trump as it pertains to the social media/hacking allegations, take it up with him.
